Everything you need to know about our college internships
Yes. We pay $15-25/hour depending on your experience level and location. We believe in compensating you for real work.
100% remote. Work from your dorm, your parents' house, or a beach in Bali (as long as you have wifi). We use Slack, Zoom, and Notion to stay connected.
Not required, but helpful. We'll teach you. What's more important is hustle, curiosity, and willingness to figure things out. Many of our best builders started with zero coding experience.
Freshmen through seniors can apply. We care more about your attitude and work ethic than your class year. Some of our best interns were sophomores.
Absolutely. Our Foundry program is specifically designed as the next step after internship. Learn the system as an intern, then build your own book of business as a Foundry builder.
Flexible. Most interns work 10-20 hours/week during school and up to 40 during summer. We work around your class schedule.

Months 1–3
Learn the system, build your skills, and start making money. Sales track interns earn $80 per client + $60 retention.
Month 3+
Once you know the system, you graduate to Foundry builder status. Now you own your client relationships and build recurring income.
6–12 Months
Top builders scale to $5K–$10K+/month by building a book of business, recruiting other interns, and leveraging the Real Estate OS platform.
Most internships end with a thank you. Ours ends with a business.
